Egg Tart & Bao

Have been quite some time never log on blog..but nevertheless i have been baking on n off stuff...especially with the busy workload during year end baking seems more tedious than usual....

Have learn egg tart from school .. so one sat i was pretty free so just beat up the custard..use the left over layer crust...but comment from those who have try is..need more custard..next time i shall pour more n baked!! and oso the crust is not as layer..so need more improvement...nevertheless i find the taste is there....

Next is the chicken bao!! baking is much easier than doing bao...have to wrap the bao was like...errr... troublesome....just to pleat that small bun....and can finish within a few bites!!!
