Birthday Baked ExtraOrdinary Cheesecake

Extraordinary Cheesecake...

I have baked this last night...it needed to bake for 45 mins for the cheesecake to be set and put inside the oven for an hour to be cooked fully by itself...tedious n time consuming...so end up i just left it in the oven and i have fallen asleep while the cheesecake slowly cooked and cooled down...

So this morning i just took it out and quickly decorated it with some "black & white" loveletter, dust with cocao powder, top with some sprinkle and 2 cherry and tie it with a red ribbon...tada!!! a simple cheesecake after makeover does complement a sweet lady..

I believe this cake makes her day!!!

This cheesecake is more of sour cream than cheese...so it's definately good for those who are watching over their waistline...
