Birthday Baked ExtraOrdinary Cheesecake

Extraordinary Cheesecake...

I have baked this last night...it needed to bake for 45 mins for the cheesecake to be set and put inside the oven for an hour to be cooked fully by itself...tedious n time consuming...so end up i just left it in the oven and i have fallen asleep while the cheesecake slowly cooked and cooled down...

So this morning i just took it out and quickly decorated it with some "black & white" loveletter, dust with cocao powder, top with some sprinkle and 2 cherry and tie it with a red ribbon...tada!!! a simple cheesecake after makeover does complement a sweet lady..

I believe this cake makes her day!!!

This cheesecake is more of sour cream than cheese...so it's definately good for those who are watching over their waistline...

My buddy birthday...due to our working hours and busy schedule...it been quite hard for us to meet up...so well...i have to give her a belated present...

Hope you will like it :) a Box full of macarons...hazelnut & chocolate flavour..

Well i also promised her a surprise birthday cake...hope it was not too late yah...will post the cake picture tomorrow !!

Hmm having Irene who is so great to help me purchase my macarons from PARIS!!!
The famous Laduree & PH... wow is nice but extremely expensive...

Having total of 16 pieces to share around my family...my sis loves it...
nevertheless i oso loves it...
it tasted very nice..well as for sweetness
of cos expected it's sweet by natural yet
really kind of additive...
due to money contraints..
i have to control poping too many..

So i going give a box of macarons for
my buddy Rinn Birthday!!!
belated birthday gift for this busy lady....
