Fruit cake...second round...

The first fruit cake picture was not taken well... so i do my fruitcake order this time round n make sure it turns out well n good photo been capture....

So nice to see it tie with a ribbon :)

Tiramisu 3...cookies.....cupcakes....

This tiramisu...for someone birthday...since it's the xmas season i shall decorated it with santa claus n house... hehe it's cute...

Been busying baking... this weekend have to do more macarons...logcake... so having the time i did my cookies order...it's nice smelling them while u are decorating n baking it.

there's oso cupcakes...so i did a espresso cupcakes with orange peel and top with tiramisu cream...the aroma of the illy coffee really nice...

thats all for today bakes...so busy...

Apple MinceMeat Pie...

Finally attempt the mincemeat pie....my colleague who ate it say nice...but some who prefer tart base prefer the crust to be like tart...hee hee :)

overall i loves the apple, cinnamon, mincemeat smell... nice nice

with the almond cream wow...good...

Xmas Fruit cake...

This xmas have been quite busy for me...due to many things happening at the sametime...

Last monday we have a company pot luck...hmm thinking xmas is round the corner...and i have already soak my rum...i shall bake the xmas rum fruit cake....the rum taste was strong after all i have soak for 2 month plus :P using organic raisin...it increase the goodness of it further....

And it have been eaten up :P so seems like still have quite a number of ppl enjoy fruit cake...

bRownies...

Have been trying to bake white macadamia nuts cupcakes with white chocolate..ho ho nice leh...so i took the chance to bake brownies...

As i am busy cutting the fruit cake for my company pot luck the brownies was abit of overbaked..more dry but still nice...

aPpLe mUfFiN....

Have been attending quite few class on cupcakes n muffin....and haven got a chance to bake apple muffin...as i have bought my green apple for apple mincemeat pie for xmas...so i quickly jus check thru the ingredient i needed for the muffin...seems like i am fully equipped with it...

full cream...vanilla extract...apple...flour...butter...cinnamon...

so i jus use the melted with butter wok to cameral the apple...smell nice when i am stirring it hee hee... so mixing them together into a batter just need to scoop and bake till skewer comes out dry...

the end result of the muffin is nice...and finish up already...

Macarons orders are coming in...

This is my 2nd batch big big macarons ...a friend who wanted to have macarons for a xmas party... ho ho...shiok right...imagine macarons xmas party food will be so special and nice to eat... 50 pieces =) So i give her the special benefit of having 4 favours - coffee with hazelnut truffle buttercream, vanilla with strawberry buttercream, chocolate with tiramisu and hazelnut with chocolate filling....

And also i be giving her some decorated cookies vanilla flavour for the littles one =). It's a time to share for xmas!!!

Hope she will enjoy the macarons =P

Biscotti for XMAS!!

This is a gift for my sis friend...since he likes biscotti...this biscotti dough have been infused for a week....long right...so i am sure the cinnamom smell n taste have really go in it...yum yum...so i wrap it up with a simple wrapper and a ribbon tada...can give to him...

Lemon biscotti oso very very nice =) so happi that i can make nice biscotti now...and it's really easi n fast in doing it no hassle.....

It's quite nice as a party pack.....

Ginger Breadman...chocolate breadman ...this christmas is full of baked goodies!!!

This morning in the event of baking biscotti and fruit cake for my company coming potluck on monday...i quickly do up my chocolate dough and vanilla dough for some chocolate breadman...ho ho...first time doing it... my dear sister helped me with the deco part as i am busy with cutting the fruit cake n doing the brownie cupcakes....

It's pretty fun in decorating...i think i be hooked soon decorating those cute little breadman and snowflake cookies with the 3 nice cutter that was bought from US by Miss Frangi.. so sweet of her to help me buy n bring back...

Will be giving this cookies away as xmas gift as it's nice to c and nice to eat ... =P especially for little kids..... imagine whole xmas tree is hanged with all edible cookies...by xmas over you guys just need to keep the xmas trees as the cookies have been eaten up wah hahaha....

Tiramisu!! yUm YuM...

Ever since i have my tiramisu at Fullerton hotel...i was motivate to learn n modify my own receipe...well i know that tiramisu need raw egg .. so been a gal that do not raw egg in my cake... i go and study n trial error on tiramisu without raw egg and having quite a good result and taste with it. Neither is too sweet or too cheesy/creamy...everything is just nice and yummy...

Macarons Order No 1...

I have my first macarons order...hmmm so happy.......well the guy who order this like this cos it's chocolate macarons and some are sandwich with hazelnut truffle buttercream!! For those who loves hazelnut ..this is a killer.. it sure attack your mind to eat them wah hahaha....

Also i have buy some new Xmas basket to put the macarons for xmas!! there is quite a few design of the basket hiak hiak!!
