Just that you guys got to buy ur own salmon or abalone....

Oh ya abalone lou hei is good! Especially if there is a "pregnant lady" that cannot take raw salmon....

Beside normal lou hei, i do sell fruits lou hei....it's very very refreshing!

Rinn & Wilson Wedding Cookies!

December is a month of celebration! - my buddy's wedding!! my own wedding anniversary :)

Specially did the wedding cookies for the lovely wedding couple..wish them having a very very blissful marriage and happy forever! :)

It's a vanilla with lemon taste heart shape cookie! i did their initial W&R with 2 little heart icing at the side...very sweet & simple....not full of icing...

And with the help of the mini helpers and friends, this 500 cookies was done on time to be placed on the wedding dinner tables! Cheers to all who have helped to make this!

Xmas Cupcakes!

Have done up some Xmas Cuppies..vanilla cupcake with cream cheese topping :)

And did a very simple design as i not into very fanciful kind of fondant as it's not that good for health and make of gum n chemical. I prefer a more natural topping like chocolate..cream cheese...since home make we should do it less preservatives way right!

This year finally i have time to bake...last year i having my honeymoon in japan hee hee :) so i did my first round of decorated cookies..all without much chemical stuff n sweet icing..it's pure vanilla extract and paste with butter n flour..it's really fragrance!!! And the decoration is done by the kids niece n nephew...

Lynn Wedding Cake

My cousin is getting married....=D hence i did a very very simple wedding cake for her...

Due to i'm in food industry as part time i learn alot of chemical stuff also i not a fan of fondant neither those buttercream cos it's not good for health...so normally i will advise my customer to pay for the price that is not harmful for their body..i did some cream cheese piping to put the flowers and a brownie cake :)

Hope she will have a blessed marriage life....

House warming!! Foodies!!

Finally i have the time to post my bakes!! Preparing for my few more rounds of house warming..i have do up some dessert this round with hubz buddies!!

They are the white chocolate blueberry cups! i love the way the blueberry sit on the white chocolate very nice colour contrast hee hee =D

My second item is chocolate meiji strawberry yogurt crumble tart...due to time constrain, not having enough time to whip up some strawberry cream..i just did a check in my fridge..tada i saw my sis strawberry yogurt lying ard hehe..i jus open it and put it on top of my home make chocolate tart based and top with the crumble i make the day before...the outcome of it is good as strawberry & chocolate goes very very well...fragrance & good....

Lastly i have a very simple walnut brownies!

Rianne 6th Birthday

It's a honour that kiddos requested for my bakes =D I have done Rianne birthday cupcake 2 yrs back..since then she really likes it alot hence this year she request for it again..and she have give me a quite a challenging idea initially with the house, butterfly on her cake. But after that she change her mind she just want butterfly on top. So for all the kids to eat sugar paste, i don't really like that cos too sweet. So i suggested to Rianne' mom that i shall do a moist chocolate cake with strawberry cream cheese toppings and butterfly cookies.

Sharon request for this customise cookies for all the beautiful ladies so infact after thinking for awhile i suggest with the design cutter to use with the lettering etc

=D but the baking time is super long...i took 10hours to bake all of them....from doing the dough...roll...cut...chop...bake...n do round & round of trays...after cooling...then got to pack them into individual packaging n seal them hahaha....

but the feeling was so satisfying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! seeing those little packs of cookies =D

Although is just a simple design but it's really warm all the ladies heart to see it~

First Wedding bakes!! Wootz!!

First of all i should thanks the beautiful bride Yanbing for giving me this chance to bake and think of wedding theme for her wedding...

After brainstorming for a week, i come out with a series of petite bakes that consist of 5 items..and chinese have the term of "五福临门".

Hope they will "长长久久, 永谷爱和"

So here come the items!!

No 1. Macarons!! It's a black sesame Macarons that sandwich with chestnut puree so i name it "甜甜蜜蜜"

No 2. Tiramisu Tart!! It's a hazelnut kopi with all favourite's baileys and top with baileys tiramisu creme...wootz...well i got no doubt this is a hit for all when the little tarts shell have a aroma chocolate taste and goes with hazelnut and tiramisu creme...heavenly...the couple shall have a blissful marriage and it was named "浓浓的爱"

No 3 is a very chocolatey and moist brownie top with walnut & blueberry. In chinese culture all believe that walnut means forever good life...so i name it "百年好和"

No 4 is everyone will always Yam Seng to wish the couple bless with lots of kids "早生贵子" it's a black prune wine cake with raisin. everyone also give thumbs up for this!

No 5 is a little token of gift for the guest to bring back individual little bag of good luck home " heart shape vanilla 喜饼 " with the couple name chop on it!

Custard Bun!!!

hmm having done takoball for my dearest family member...i decided try one more round for my own family....oiishi....this time round i use a different brand of takoball premix....its works wonder...nicer...

beside takoball i oso cook some chicken feet with peanuts...yum yum....

Due to much cream leftover...i wanted to try panna cotta....i kept for a week it's still fresh...the vanilla extract is home make hehehehe so the vanilla taste is very strong....i ask dear put coffee over the panna cotta for a very strong aroma of coffee panna cotta.....hmm not bad for the idea :P

ok i found my beloved evening gown from allure...it's love at first sight with it...

YES it is very expensive...till now i still feel the pinch of buying it...but well if it looks nice on me...still worth it...and also my matching shoes..

Have been long long time nv bake or rather i bake but never blog..no time take picture..

So yesterday i did up some vanilla cupcakes... & after c jocelyn blog with the mazipan rose..i wanted to try the same too..i got my version....

Well this is for Xavier birthday also :P .. it's very fragrance when the cuppies is baking inside the oven... Verdict is : it's nice from the birthday boy...

It's my sister and colleague birthday last week...so having a chance i bake a mixture of liquer cheesecake!! Verdict is nice! with the blueberry...on top...Just nice..tot i am not a cheesecake fan

HohO this is the first year i trying do pineapple tart...wow it's nice after the second attempt...my sis loves it...she request for more crust...weird right but well she enjoy it!! so i shall do more crust de for her =P
Believe this new year going be busy with all the cooking ...cleaning and baking....hoho...

i tried to do a rat shape pineapple tart...haiz....it never looks one.... :(

Shall try one more time again.....

Next in line will be the almond cookies...peanut cookies....and cornflakes cookies!!

This tiramisu...for someone birthday...since it's the xmas season i shall decorated it with santa claus n house... hehe it's cute...

Been busying baking... this weekend have to do more macarons...logcake... so having the time i did my cookies order...it's nice smelling them while u are decorating n baking it.

there's oso cupcakes...so i did a espresso cupcakes with orange peel and top with tiramisu cream...the aroma of the illy coffee really nice...

thats all for today bakes...so busy...

Apple MinceMeat Pie...

Finally attempt the mincemeat pie....my colleague who ate it say nice...but some who prefer tart base prefer the crust to be like tart...hee hee :)

overall i loves the apple, cinnamon, mincemeat smell... nice nice

Xmas Fruit cake...

This xmas have been quite busy for me...due to many things happening at the sametime...

Last monday we have a company pot luck...hmm thinking xmas is round the corner...and i have already soak my rum...i shall bake the xmas rum fruit cake....the rum taste was strong after all i have soak for 2 month plus :P using organic raisin...it increase the goodness of it further....

And it have been eaten up :P so seems like still have quite a number of ppl enjoy fruit cake...

Have been trying to bake white macadamia nuts cupcakes with white chocolate..ho ho nice leh...so i took the chance to bake brownies...

As i am busy cutting the fruit cake for my company pot luck the brownies was abit of overbaked..more dry but still nice...

Have been attending quite few class on cupcakes n muffin....and haven got a chance to bake apple muffin...as i have bought my green apple for apple mincemeat pie for xmas...so i quickly jus check thru the ingredient i needed for the muffin...seems like i am fully equipped with it...

full cream...vanilla extract...apple...flour...butter...cinnamon...

so i jus use the melted with butter wok to cameral the apple...smell nice when i am stirring it hee hee... so mixing them together into a batter just need to scoop and bake till skewer comes out dry...

the end result of the muffin is nice...and finish up already...

This is my 2nd batch big big macarons ...a friend who wanted to have macarons for a xmas party... ho ho...shiok right...imagine macarons xmas party food will be so special and nice to eat... 50 pieces =) So i give her the special benefit of having 4 favours - coffee with hazelnut truffle buttercream, vanilla with strawberry buttercream, chocolate with tiramisu and hazelnut with chocolate filling....

And also i be giving her some decorated cookies vanilla flavour for the littles one =). It's a time to share for xmas!!!

Hope she will enjoy the macarons =P

Biscotti for XMAS!!

This is a gift for my sis friend...since he likes biscotti...this biscotti dough have been infused for a week....long right...so i am sure the cinnamom smell n taste have really go in it...yum yum...so i wrap it up with a simple wrapper and a ribbon tada...can give to him...

Lemon biscotti oso very very nice =) so happi that i can make nice biscotti now...and it's really easi n fast in doing it no hassle.....

It's quite nice as a party pack.....

Ginger Breadman...chocolate breadman ...this christmas is full of baked goodies!!!

This morning in the event of baking biscotti and fruit cake for my company coming potluck on monday...i quickly do up my chocolate dough and vanilla dough for some chocolate breadman...ho ho...first time doing it... my dear sister helped me with the deco part as i am busy with cutting the fruit cake n doing the brownie cupcakes....

It's pretty fun in decorating...i think i be hooked soon decorating those cute little breadman and snowflake cookies with the 3 nice cutter that was bought from US by Miss Frangi.. so sweet of her to help me buy n bring back...

Will be giving this cookies away as xmas gift as it's nice to c and nice to eat ... =P especially for little kids..... imagine whole xmas tree is hanged with all edible cookies...by xmas over you guys just need to keep the xmas trees as the cookies have been eaten up wah hahaha....

Ever since i have my tiramisu at Fullerton hotel...i was motivate to learn n modify my own receipe...well i know that tiramisu need raw egg .. so been a gal that do not raw egg in my cake... i go and study n trial error on tiramisu without raw egg and having quite a good result and taste with it. Neither is too sweet or too cheesy/creamy...everything is just nice and yummy...

Macarons Order No 1...

I have my first macarons order...hmmm so happy.......well the guy who order this like this cos it's chocolate macarons and some are sandwich with hazelnut truffle buttercream!! For those who loves hazelnut ..this is a killer.. it sure attack your mind to eat them wah hahaha....

Also i have buy some new Xmas basket to put the macarons for xmas!! there is quite a few design of the basket hiak hiak!!

Egg Tart & Bao

Have been quite some time never log on blog..but nevertheless i have been baking on n off stuff...especially with the busy workload during year end baking seems more tedious than usual....

Have learn egg tart from school .. so one sat i was pretty free so just beat up the custard..use the left over layer crust...but comment from those who have try is..need more custard..next time i shall pour more n baked!! and oso the crust is not as layer..so need more improvement...nevertheless i find the taste is there....

Next is the chicken bao!! baking is much easier than doing bao...have to wrap the bao was like...errr... troublesome....just to pleat that small bun....and can finish within a few bites!!!

got to attempt few more times....

Birthday Baked ExtraOrdinary Cheesecake

Extraordinary Cheesecake...

I have baked this last night...it needed to bake for 45 mins for the cheesecake to be set and put inside the oven for an hour to be cooked fully by itself...tedious n time consuming...so end up i just left it in the oven and i have fallen asleep while the cheesecake slowly cooked and cooled down...

So this morning i just took it out and quickly decorated it with some "black & white" loveletter, dust with cocao powder, top with some sprinkle and 2 cherry and tie it with a red ribbon...tada!!! a simple cheesecake after makeover does complement a sweet lady..

I believe this cake makes her day!!!

This cheesecake is more of sour cream than cheese...so it's definately good for those who are watching over their waistline...

The famous Laduree & PH... wow is nice but extremely expensive...

Having total of 16 pieces to share around my family...my sis loves it...
nevertheless i oso loves it...
it tasted very nice..well as for sweetness
of cos expected it's sweet by natural yet
really kind of additive...
due to money contraints..
i have to control poping too many..
