Regina Birthday!

It's Regina Birthday..so hmm after much consideration..

i bake a tiramisu tart for her...it's special but but i added a special extra power onto it! The baileys!!:P n some chocolate muffin!

Browniessss & tiramisu...walk hand in hand =D

More n more brownies...rows n rows of brownies....in line with tiramisu!!!!!!!

Chocolate cheesetarts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yummmmyyyyy....it's chocolate tartshell with cheesecake!!!!!! so special n yummy...thumbs up from ppl who try it!!!

Rianne 6th Birthday

It's a honour that kiddos requested for my bakes =D I have done Rianne birthday cupcake 2 yrs back..since then she really likes it alot hence this year she request for it again..and she have give me a quite a challenging idea initially with the house, butterfly on her cake. But after that she change her mind she just want butterfly on top. So for all the kids to eat sugar paste, i don't really like that cos too sweet. So i suggested to Rianne' mom that i shall do a moist chocolate cake with strawberry cream cheese toppings and butterfly cookies.

Cookies..customise cookies!! Vanilla cookies

Sharon request for this customise cookies for all the beautiful ladies so infact after thinking for awhile i suggest with the design cutter to use with the lettering etc

=D but the baking time is super long...i took 10hours to bake all of them....from doing the dough...roll...cut...chop...bake...n do round & round of trays...after cooling...then got to pack them into individual packaging n seal them hahaha....

but the feeling was so satisfying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! seeing those little packs of cookies =D

Although is just a simple design but it's really warm all the ladies heart to see it~

First Wedding bakes!! Wootz!!

First of all i should thanks the beautiful bride Yanbing for giving me this chance to bake and think of wedding theme for her wedding...


After brainstorming for a week, i come out with a series of petite bakes that consist of 5 items..and chinese have the term of "五福临门".

Hope they will "长长久久, 永谷爱和"

So here come the items!!

No 1. Macarons!! It's a black sesame Macarons that sandwich with chestnut puree so i name it "甜甜蜜蜜"

No 2. Tiramisu Tart!! It's a hazelnut kopi with all favourite's baileys and top with baileys tiramisu creme...wootz...well i got no doubt this is a hit for all when the little tarts shell have a aroma chocolate taste and goes with hazelnut and tiramisu creme...heavenly...the couple shall have a blissful marriage and it was named "浓浓的爱"



No 3 is a very chocolatey and moist brownie top with walnut & blueberry. In chinese culture all believe that walnut means forever good life...so i name it "百年好和"






No 4 is everyone will always Yam Seng to wish the couple bless with lots of kids "早生贵子" it's a black prune wine cake with raisin. everyone also give thumbs up for this!


No 5 is a little token of gift for the guest to bring back individual little bag of good luck home " heart shape vanilla 喜饼 " with the couple name chop on it!
